The Marina Club of Tampa
The Marina Club of Tampa is located on the Hillsborough River in Tampa. The riverside condos were originally built as apartments in 1968. The apartments were converted to condominiums in 1983. The complex contains three additional multi-story condominium buildings bringing the total residents to over 400. With over 1600 feet on the widest part of the river, residents enjoy a beautiful view along with having access to their own boats.
